siem REAP {part 2}

DAY 2

as early in e’ mng, 7.30 after we took our breakfast, we heading towards Angkor wat…it’s a breezy day..e’ weather is not so hot n suddenly its raining. 1^st visit is Angkor wat, dr jauh mmg terpukau tgk temple tersergam besar dpn mata…tp jauh nak mnapak dr entrance ke pintu masuk Angkor wat…wah ksian my father…dah ler lutut x bepa kuat tp this time dia gagahkan jua…coz kalu dah sampai sini, x kan x mau pi tgk Angkor wat..what a waste!!! X sah ler ur trip if not go around all e’ temple or else go around angkor wat.

Actually kami x guna khidmat tourist guide so kami cuma berjln enjoy tgk hasil binaan yg dah beratus thn tu n sculpture2 yg ada…n for sure sibuk amik gambar kat spot2 yg mnarik. Btw Angkor wat is an hindu temple..so spanjang dinding Angkor wat is all carvings about epik ramanayan n mahabaratha story. do i understand?? no n i dont really care…hehehe

Lpas Angkor wat kami ke Angkor thom – tha phrom temple. ini temple utk agama budha coz byk muka sami 4 faces di stiap statue dinding temple. Again kami turun naik temple…dlm hujan renyai2 tu. Me n mother mmg walking together, while my father is staying back already..he cant follow us since his knee dah start sakit2…almaklum jauh juga berjalan dlm Angkor wat td….n mr hub is a lone rangers dgn camera dia…once a while kami jd model.

3^rd temple – ini lar temple tempat penggambaran citer tomb raider - temple yg byk pokok2 besar n covered by akar2 pokok yg dah bertahun2 tumbuh di sekitarnya. Mmg mnarik n teruja..ada klainan temple ni…dr jauh nampak mcm warna hijau walaupun hampir benar..tp disebabkan ianya terletak kedlm skit…terlindung dgn pokok2 yg merimbun maka lg obvious ler warna kehijauan tu…btw, along e’ road entering e’ temple side is so amazing – big2 trees stand tall n it makes me feel so peaceful – green all along…plus there is a band by the handicap association playing their traditional musical instruments sbagai halwa telinga, however if u r a kind hearted person, do donate to them!!

inside e’ temple - nowdays pihak pengurusan Angkor dah pandai..mrk bina platform kat tempat2 mnarik utk org amik gambar so x der lar org yg main redah jer kat pokok2 tu utk amik gambar…snang tp dah x nampak asli actually..x adventurous gitu.bila tgk mat salleh n tourist lain tu..agak kagum coz mrk mcm know how to appreciate those things….batu2an tu…tgk satu2 bah tu lama…aku lak cuma pass by jer ar..nak tgk lebih2 mcm tgk batu berukir jer..lain x nampak. thats e’ diffnt between me n e’ tourist tu!!

btw ada juga yg bawa kid n toddler yer..kelek kat blakang or dpan mrk lg even hv to walk far n for a long time…uh..sungguh rajin n adventurous mrk ni..if..IF ler aku ada kids aku pun nak buat yg sama…bawa mrk kenal sejarah n pergi tempat2 adventurous..kurengkan bab leisure n shopping coz benda2 camtu x membina minda n keyakinan diri….less…my thoughts ler.

after half day spending visiting e’ temples, we had our lunch at e’ muslim family restaurant. we order n wait almost an hour before we manage to enjoy e’ food…at e’ same time another tourist also frm m’sia is ordering their food. what can i said their foods is fabulous – maybe we r hungry but their tom yam is superb..x pedas sgt n ada masam2 kow2 tu….n udang mrk guna anak udang galah yer!! so our lunch for today cost us usd24 = rm74..
